As part of the IFC Scaling Solar initiative, 5 Capitals undertook the feasibility assessments on proposed project locations to identify a suitable site, whilst minimising potential project risks. 5 Capitals prepared the ESIA scoping report and wrote the environmental & social terms of reference that was subsequently included with the bidding documents.

5 Capitals are currently engaged in consolidating the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in line with goods practices, EBRD and IFC requirements, prepare a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and prepare the Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP) for the Uzbekistan CCGT 1,500MW power plant.

5 Capitals are also providing environmental consultancy for several potential wind farms in Uzbekistan which include seasonal bird and bat surveys, Environmental & Social Scoping reports and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
