In association with DNV-GL, Bayron Energy, Revelle Group, Vestas, TKP and WWF, 5 Capitals formed part of a team that developed the ‘Rethinking Electrification’ paper on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Irrigation. The paper set out options for redefining policy goals for access and supply, as well as tackling institutional limitations, to meet the people’s needs by 2021-2022 at affordable cost.

5 Capitals was present to deliver the findings of the paper in Nay Pwi Taw, Myanmar, to MOALI and attendees from other Ministries.
